hello!searching for a female roommate between 20-30 to fill a room in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town house by june1, 2017. the lease is for 1 year. no pets allowed.
about the room: ample room for a queen size bed, dresser, closet space. the bathroom with a bath/shower will be shared by you and one other girl. there is a 1/2 bathroom on the second level of the house that will be all yours (next to kitchen).
about the house: 3 story, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. parking spot available within complex. close to 5 points plaza (trader joes, tilly's, vans, gap, mario's, chase, bank of america). complex has a pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts.
rent: $725 per month
deposit $725
utilities: around $100 per month (cable- verizon fios, wifi, gas, & electric)
laundry: in unit
about the roommates: two chill girls between 26-27 and work full time. one roommate is a make up artist from san diego and the other is penn state alum. (undergraduate) and georgetown alumn (masters) who works full time as a construction manager. tend to keep it low during the week and go out on the weekends. from nyc and san diego. looking for someone who is respectful of work hours during the week, keep a clean and tidy space (be able to walk around the house barefoot), down for the occasional weekend pregame, 420 friendly (in yard).
