i am a 54 year old very active male..work out health conscience/looking for same in oommate. no smokers although if you smoke occasional stogi that's fine on patio. full use of place kitchen upstairs etc. complex has a jacuzzi. room is private and downstairs. very big room (biggest one) no couples no alcoholics or everyday 420. i'm a social drinker that's fine. pictures would not load sorry call me i will text over. place of beach blvd 8 mins from beach good area. price includes utilities but could be a little more depending on if you use heater leave lights on. i am very clean but not ocd. expect you to be professional courteous and clean up after yourself when finished in kitchen. i'm a professional chef. don't want a work from home camper roommate sorry. i have no problem with company/friends as long as we respect each other space..you have parking spot right close to place.small complex chill people here. call if you want to see pictures
