your own private room just 4 min from beach! 16' x 11'room for rent in a two bedroom duplex and one shared bathroom in huntington beach by beach blvd and slater full kitchen. new fridge. you get your own window, full closet, full length mirrors, brand new clean carpet. full use of kitchen, internet and cable. (all utilities are included and you do not pay extra) shared restroom with one other gent (me) coin laundry on site. open parking (off street) i live by myself and work over night and am seldom home and i hardly have any visitors. i keep the place clean. ideal for a person with full time employment/ school, clean, organized. minimal sleep over guest ok (once a week max) sorry but no smoking inside and no pets. rent is $795 which includes all utilities and internet & tv $450 deposit is required. no work from home tenants please. please email me a number and some info about yourself if interested. rent due on 1st a $50 late fee after 5th will be assessed. house is 1100 sq ft. bedroom for rent is 16' x 11' semi private bath as i work 6 nights a week overnight. w/d is just 50' away. four month lease required otherwise rent is $855 month to month. male tenant preferred but safe for female applicant too.
