room for rent in huntington beach, includes your own bathroom. you’ll be living with a couple in their early 20’s and a 9 month old husky. the dog is professionally trained and roams around the house during the day. the apartment is in a gated community and includes your own parking spot, if needed, the parking spot fee is included in your rent. the apartment does have internet and includes utilities being split by all occupants.looking for a college student, preferably, to move in may 1st. the lease is up july 31st, so you’d only be living here for 3 months with possible lease renewal. rent is $900 which includes utilities, parking, bathroom, renters insurance, and internet. deposit of 250 is required for first months rent.
things to know: one of the occupants is a nanny to two 11-year old kids during the week usually until 8pm.
the apartment is conveniently located near the 405 freeway, a few miles to the beach, several grocery stores, golden west college, bella terra, etc.
