very mellow. my boyfriend and i are looking to rent out the master bedroom in our house in irvine. the bedroom has a private attached bathroom and a separate entrance via the backyard through an awesome spa room! this house has a secluded giant backyard! directly on the other side of the backyard is an awesome bike trail that can take you from the mountains to the beach! there is a neighborhood pool & clubhouse you will have access to.

my boyfriend & i are both bartenders & have unusual hours. we love to cook & bbq! in my free time i enjoy the outdoors; biking or skating, as well as painting & making jewelry. we have 3 adorable indoor cats. the house is at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac right off the 405 freeway at culver.
