my name is madison and i am a 25 year-old female looking for a second female roommate to move in to my two bedroom two bathroom in irvine, ca july 1st (or earlier depending on the individual). the apartment is in a quiet condo complex next to irvine valley college.

my current roommate is moving out of state for work therefore i am hoping to find someone to sublet from mid-june to july 31st. it would be a year lease from august 1st.

rent is $1200 for your own private bedroom, balcony, and bathroom (master bedroom). there is ample parking in the condo complex as well as plenty of street parking. the price does not include utilities which is gas, electric, internet, and water. usually run around $50-80 depending on the time of year! the lease is for one year only.
