1 double in 4 bed apartment in jamaica plain 10/1. seeking a young professional/phd student who can clean up after themselves, is respectful of housemates, and contributes to cleaning.

you would be living with a doctor of physical therapy, a business analyst, and a software engineer (3 males - the housemate moving out is female, moving in with her partner, and we are open to male or female tenants). we are respectful of each others privacy and like to keep the apartment clean (we're not perfect, but we try). we hang out sometimes, cook dinners, watch movies or go to the beach together. the landlord is very responsible and if anything needs fixing he gets to it right away.
room is large, with a walk in closet and lots of natural light. you would be sharing the main hallway bathroom with one other clean, respectful tenant. apartment furnished, room is not.


- water inc. in the rent. washer/dryer in the shared bathroom.
- utilities run between $75 - $125 per month depending on season.
- the terms are month-to-month with 30 days notice to the landlord and other tenants.
