i currently have one room for rent in my house in lakewood, ca. i own and live in the house along with my brother. i am 29 years old, he is 30 years old. we'd ideally like someone mid-20's to early thirties. no children or pets are allowed. however, we do have two dogs in the house (a black lab and a pug mix--both incredibly friendly around people) so interested parties must love dogs! the house includes a full kitchen, cozy front room, back family room, a beautiful backyard/patio and 2 bathrooms. room comes with a flat screen tv mounted to the wall, along with a direct tv hookups! parking is readily available on the street. the neighborhood is very friendly, safe and all the neighbors around us are awesome. we are looking for a roommate who is fun, easy to get along with, and has a steady job. 1 person per room, no exceptions. rent is $800/month per room, this includes the actual rent, utilities, electric, internet access and direct tv hookups.
