my wife and i are offering one room for rent in a 3 bed 2 bath in lakewood ca. we both work and would like someone who works as well. we are in our 30's my wife is a nurse and i am in medical field/student. we would like someone who is clean and doesn't mind helping with chores around the house (cleaning up after themselves) room offers own bathroom, however when guest are over we would let them use this bathroom as it is main bathroom in house. my wife and i are pretty chill and flexible. if you're interested please contact us so we can go over more details. no drugs, no drama, pets maybe depending on what kind. we have two cats and two small dogs, so roommate must like animals. thank you!
