-the other 1/2 of the basement is a freezer you can use. there is some space available if you have to store stuff.
-we have wireless internet.
-you have a dedicated parking space for 1 car.
-the townhouse is in a row of townhouses so we have neighbors.
the rent $100/wk:
-includes cable/internet; electricity; oil heat; and water. the amount will go up if you will be using a portable a/c in the basement.
