hi , my name is summer & i'm a single mom looking for a roommate asap. my son, mason is only 9 months old & is a very good baby. im looking for someone very easy going & that doesn't mind kids. keeps clean & doesn't party in the house too often. the occasional get together is okay , i like to have my friends over every now & then & have a couple of beers. i work about 6 to 8 hours a day & do have a sitter to come to the house to watch my son for his comfort. i keep the house clean & stay to myself pretty much. i cook sometimes too & you're more than welcome to join me. all i ask is if you're going to have company to let me know that day or a couple days in advance! so it's not a huge shocker & because i don't let too many people around my son. there is a laundry facility on & also across the street. all the bills would be split which would be the rent & electricity. the electric bill varies each month. the set rent amout is$1250 , so it would be $625 each month. depending on move-in date is how much you would pay for the month on a pro-rated amount. if you think this would be perfect for you please contact me! thank you & i look forward to hearing from you!
