i signed a 13-month lease at a brand new building in westchester called the landings on september 1st. i was supposed to move from florida at the end of november and wanted a place to stay the 3 times i came to town for work. i am no longer moving and i am looking for someone to take over my lease. you'll need to pass a background check conducted by the building.
