private room with a private bathroom available . there is kitchen with a stove , refrigerator , microwave where you can cook.the apartment has a balcony , too. by the way, i might have a bed for you in your room, but i am not sure , yet. as for the private room the price is 1300$+utilities , but room also could be shared with someone if you'd like to. there is 1 covered parking space available, it is included in the price . so, no extra charge for that. i also require 650$ deposit which is refundable , when you are moving out. my building is orsini apartment, which is in downtown. the facility has gym, spa, movie theater , library, pools , computer rooms . everything is secured and you 'll be given a key with a chip , which is 50$ extra. and also if you are still interested , let me know the exact day of your arrival. the room is available october 16. text me or call .
