hi! i’m jocelyn. i’m a female in my thirties who works in mental health. i work monday through friday, 8am to 5pm. i live a pretty mellow life, and i’m looking for someone who’s easygoing like myself. i have a dog named oatmeal. she is my pride and joy. she lives in the apartment with me, every other week.
this is a great apartment for roommates to share near pico and fairfax. my bedroom is on the first floor, next to the bathroom, kitchen and living room. the room for rent is upstairs with its own private bathroom. the bedroom has a big closet with three mirror sliding doors. in addition, there is a lot of private cabinet space. the bathroom is recently remodeled. the apartment has a small gym, laundry facilities and a two car tandem parking space. there is plenty of street parking for guests.
i am looking for a mellow female. dogs are obviously welcome. hopefully, you can move into my apartment in the next month or so. my current roommate has a flexible situation of when she can move out. rent is $1,387.50 a month. we split cable, internet, gas and electric. please contact me if you are interested.
