private studio with its own bathroom and separate entrance in the franklin hills of los feliz : - kitchenette with microwave and coffeemaker. - queen bed & small sleeping sofa (great for kids). - smart roku tv & cable tv . wifi included - dresser for your clothes. all furniture is brand new and the space is clean as a whistle. private little outside patio with view of the city below is a great added bonus. we live upstairs in the house but studio is completely private with its own entrance. the space great for 2 adults & 1 child. sleeping sofa is small for an adult guest access guest have exclusive access to studio, bathroom and outside patio interaction with guests we live upstairs in the house and we are always available if guests have any questions or issues. we also respect our guests' privacy and we won't disturb them or enter the studio without their prior authorization.
