my boyfriend and i are looking for a roommate to share with us a condo we are renting.
it's in a convenient location, right off of the lowell connector and bus transportation to umass lowell is possible. there is one bedroom available, laundry is in the basement, the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are shared. the condo has central air, and a private parking area. hot water included, but all other utilities are separate.
the kitchen is fully equipped, including a garbage disposal and water filter faucet.
small pets are ok, but no dogs or cats.
please be hygienic and respectful. the room is available on may 1st.
first and last months rent to move in. one year lease required.
