roomate needed in a newly remodeled 2bed 2 bath condo a block away from beach. i currently reside in the condo and lease is up for renewal. you would have your own room with closet and full bathroom. the bedroom has french doors leading to patio deck. also private garage with plenty of room for storage. private washer and dryer are also in the garage. condo has a patio deck(can see ocean), large kitchen/ dining room and living room. great natural lighting with lots of windows. condo is furnished except for the room for rent. i work 24hr shift work with fire dept. so i'm not home 3-4 days a week, sometimes longer. looking for a normal, clean person. asking for 1 year lease. rent $1800 a month plus deposit of $1800. utilites average less $50 month. please call greg
