room available in spacious quiet townhouse in malden (roommate is leaving end of june) (working professional or grad student is fine). the property is a duplex, very cute, great price. the unit is on the first level, the second tenant is on the second level above. there are only a few steps into the property. the room available is on the first floor, my room is in the basement. great deck out back that is only for use by our unit. shared bathroom. heating, electricity, and wi-fi not included (but end up ranging from ~$75 - $150/month per person depending on the season), does not have central air but a window unit would fit just fine in the window of the bedroom. there are a few furnishings, but will be minimal and welcome to add any if you have some. the unit has a private parking space and plenty of free parking on the street. sorry but no pets, i have severe allergies unfortunately. me: mid-thirties, working professional, pretty busy schedule so i appreciate quiet downtime at home.
