looking for professional quite tidy roommate (male only). home is located very conveniently to the highway (293 - exit 6 queen city), downtown elm street is a short walk and convient shopping. new quite private town home features direct access entry, one off street driveway parking spot, all new appliances, larger common living area on second floor with kitchen and entertainment area (large internet tv, ps3 and apple tv for use), free wifi included (no hardwire available in bedroom - wireless only). currently includes free hulu plus streaming video (cable tv and phone not included, but you can add on if desired). smoking permitted outside only (no smoking inside home). friendly area with quick access to bike trails and transit lines.private first floor laundry with new washer and dryer free to use and access to top end steam iron if needed. office space and imac computer available (details can be reviewed onsite).
bedroom can easily hold queen size bed, two night stands and a large dresser. customizable closet organizer installed in closet. large sunset facing windows and a great view at night towards the river. very private layout/entry into bedroom. room is 10 wide x 12 long feet with additional entry area for privacy while in room with door open.
