hi,we are a couple in our 40's looking to rent our extra bedroom in manchester by the sea, massachusetts. the room can be furnished or not; there's a full size bed and can fit a desk and bureau. there is a full bathroom down the hall. we would all share the kitchen (where you would have your own cabinet space), dining room, washer\dryer, dishwasher, patio and driveway (off street parking).
the house is located near exit 16 off route 128, with light traffic it takes approximately 30 minutes to get to downtown medford and 20 minutes to downtown gloucester. there's also the commuter rail in the center of manchester (a 5 minute drive) which will drop you off at north station, boston.
we have two young playful indoor pets: a small dog and a cat. we like good food, i cook and bake a lot. we are quiet most of the time, but not dead. we listen to all types of music, my partner plays video games and i garden.
we require first and security to move in and a month to month tenant-at-will signed agreement.
we're looking for a neat and reasonably quiet person who is respectful of others.
$750 includes heat, utilities, basic cable and wifi.
