i am a 25 year old female who bought an 1,800 sq ft three level townhouse 1 year ago. i am looking to rent out the basement to a single renter. i work a lot, therefore am not home a lot. the lower level is an "l" shaped studio style, no bedroom. the basement was just finished 2 years ago, so it is farely new. the house has a great layout. when you walk through the garage, it is the kitchen and the door that leads to the basement. utilities are included plus a 55" flat screen tv, mini fridge and microwave if interested. i would prefer not to give out a garage stall. the laundry room is on the upper level. the townhouse is located a couple of blocks from hwy 94. i have a small dog, so please no other animals. i am willing to do a month to month lease, but will be doing a background check. if interested please let me know. thank you.
