we are a newly married couple looking for 1 roommate. i am a bit of a neat freak, so cleanliness is key. we have 2 sweet, medium sized dogs who are well behaved. we will provide all apartment furnishings except for your bedroom and bathroom. we are a relaxed couple who enjoys the beach, getting together with friends, movies, and the occasional adult beverage! we are non-smokers, so would like to find the same. our apartment will come with parking, and ample visitor parking. our complex is located a mile and a half from the beach, and our complex also has a pool/jacuzzi and 24 hr gym. we are located off of lincoln blvd, very close to the 90 and 405.
