i am looking for a female to continue my $900 per month lease from september 1st to april 30th sharing a spacious four bedroom two full bathroom apartment on the first floor of a newly renovated triple decker apartment house near medford square with a female tufts graduate student.

the apartment is located in a safe and quiet residential area of medford within walking distance to medford square. the unit is on the first floor of a newly renovated three-story house, which includes an open living room that connects to a newly furnished kitchen, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. the unit also includes a brand new washer and dryer. there is ample parking available on the street in front of the apartment and in a municipal parking lot next door.

the roommate is a 27-year-old female graduate student studying for her master's degree at tufts university. she is clean and responsible, and she respects privacy. she has two shy cats that mainly stay in her bedroom and out of the shared living space.

i am also willing to leave several of the newly bought furnitures, which i purchased in late may. this will include a queen-size bed that has only been used for two months and a window air conditioner that has only been used couple times.
