i have one room for rental on month 2 month renewable lease provided you respect my home, property and my privacy. friends will say i'm a clean, low drama person and live by golden rule. i have a mini gym set up in my home which i use most morings (6am) with music in living/dining room area. i have two mature cats i have to seperated when i leave the house and a sun conure parriot who is very sociable by nature.the rental room is 12ft x 10ft with light tan carpet, beige walls and light fixture with fan. there is a 6ft double door closet and a full private bathroom across the hall on 2nd story level. currently, there is a chest of drawers in room. i have a double layer air mattress if you need it until bed purchase. rental price includes electric, water, gas, basic direct tv and wireless internet. i have washer/dryer in home i will share and there is a access to community pool close by. nice shopping center w/starbucks, barnes & noble and lots of places to eat w/i 2 blocks.
non-refundable deposit of $100 (for background check and clean up) and 1st month rental moves you in.
