2 rooms for rent on 2nd floor in large 4 bedroom home-1 large furnished bedroom aprox 14 x 24, and attached office (or can be used for storage or large walk-in closet) approx. 12 x 12. bedroom has 1 small closet, air conditioner, large desk, 2 clothes bureaus, 1 king size bed and box-spring with headboard, 1 bedside nightstand, 1 loveseat, large 6-8 ft slider door to outside deck approx. 6 x 10 with table & chairs, and stairs to ground level (you can even use as your entrance if you wish)you have kitchen privileges (kitchen is fully functional , however it is under renovation and will be for a while) kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, gas oven/stovetop, double sink with small countertop, microwave, blender, toaster-oven, can opener, dishwasher, utensils, plates, glasses, pots pans and cooking utensils . paper items are the responsibility of each roommate.
i currently have 2 other roommates which you will share a recently renovated bathroom which is adjacent to your bedroom on 2nd floor.
this person must be clean, quiet, employed and considerate of other roommates. not interested in partiers or drug users, or someone who has their significant other over on a regular basis. this is a rental for 1 person.
off-street parking for 1 legally registered vehicle. rent includes washer/dryer use, heat, hot water, sewer, snowplowing and lawn cutting. rent does not include cable or internet in your room. cable can be provided for 1 tv in your room for $50.00 per month, wireless internet can be provided for you for $25.00 per month.
rent is $850.00 per month in advance. last month’s rent also required. written 30 day tenancy at will agreement also required. rental application and references required.
