hello, we have a nice room for rent in a house on the we side of minneapolis on plymouth and russell. the house is still being remodeled so it is bit noisy and dirty at the moment.

we presently have two renters and a landlord at the 1929 built house and we are looking to add two more tenants to the house. there are two bathrooms and you will be sharing one large bathroom with another room mate. we do have one dog. the room to be rented is on the main floor of the house. it is equipped with a brand new air conditioner and has a radiator. there is direct tv and the rent covers all utilities and cable bill.

we are looking for someone who is not noisy and quiet.
