hello everyone,i am looking for a roommate asap to move into a 2 story home for 1200/month in moorpark. the room you'd be renting is a master bedroom with a walk in closet and a large master bathroom with a tub and standing shower, walk in closet with a balcony and a little nook.
there's a washer and dryer in the garage. this also includes cable and internet and all utilities
i am looking for a single or couple professional occupant. i live in a very peaceful home environment and i want to keep it that way. i like to think of it as you're sharing the home with me, not just renting out the room. as for parking, the house has a drive way and a garage if you wish to park in it.
i am looking for someone that is clean and can get along with 3 boys ages from 12-16 but they are only there 50% of the time. the house would be mostly empty during the day and you will have free range throughout the house as i am pretty laid back. i would ask that you have common decency and clean up after yourself in the common areas. i am working professionals so please keep the noise level during the week to the minimum. weekends, do as you please but no parties or too many people over. i am pretty low key and like to have someone that just wants a nice place to live and relax.
