looking for a respectful, dependable roommate for my twinhome. room is available as of december 1st…maybe a week earlier. if move in earlier than 12/1 rent would be pro-rated for month of november. details: 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage located in n. brooklyn park off of 85th ave / hwy 252. excellent location / close to all major freeways 94, 694, 494, and 169. located minutes from edinburgh golf course, north hennepin community college, hennepin technical institute, and rasmussen school of business, and shoppes at arbor lakes and the fountains in maple grove. you will have your own bedroom and bathroom with the option for some storage space. there is a small dog in the household that is very friendly. the room is furnished but you are more than welcome to use your own furniture and i will clear out the room. onsite laundry. all utilities included ($550 total rent). no smoking indoors. i am a 30 year old, young professional who is very easy going, work orientated and busy during the week, and live for time away on weekends. i definitely am willing to work with the right person to make the situation work (security deposit, 6mo lease, background check, etc). please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
