are you an aspiring dancer, actor, film maker, producer, singer or fashion designer? are you planning to move to hollywood temporarily to train/work with the best? well your in the right place!virtuoso house is a fully furnished entertainment haven where young adults come together, from across the global and live in a 4 bed 4 bath house to pursue their dreams with like minded people.
you will be living in a sharing room with two to three young adults from around the world with the same dreams and goals as you.

why are you doing this?
a. we know how hard it is to move to hollywood to pursue your dreams and not know anyone or anything. we are here to guide you into the right direction and provide you with affordable, safe temporary housing.
how much is it per month?
a. $500-600 per month (depending on the house)
how much is the deposit?
a. the deposit is the same as the first months rent.
is the agreement month to month?
yes, each person is on a month to month agreement.
do you have multiple house?
yes, we have multiple houses that are a few minutes from each other.
is this a scam?
a. not at all, we've been working on this project and plan for 2+ years. the owners of virtuoso house, have walked in your shoes and want to provide aspiring entertainers with options.
is this too good to be true?
a. no, our team is well connected in the industry and knows what it takes to survive in hollywood in the entertainment industry.
do i have to be a u.s. citizen?
a. no, if you are from out of the country you must provide us with your visa.
how old do i have to be?
a. 18 years and older
is this a coed house?
a. yes, all females in one room and all males in another room.
will the house manger be on site?
yes, the house manager will live on site.
how many bedrooms and bathrooms are in the house?
a. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms
is this safe?
a. yes, everyone goes through a screening/background check before accepted into the virtuoso house.
do i have to be an entertainer to temporarily live in the house?
a. no, not at all.
what type of bed will i be sleeping on?
a. bunk beds, or xl twin beds (depending on the house).
how many people per room (including me)?
a. three to four people per room.
can i move in today?
a. we are opening our (entertainment houses feb 20th).
can i put my deposit down and first months rent today?
a. yes, that is required to secure your spot.
where is the house?
a. north hollywood, the address will not be given out until you contact us if you are serious and ready to get started.
is parking available?
yes, limited parking is available.
