very nice, generally quiet area in north scottsdale near raintree, flw and 101. close to shopping at safeway, target, walmart. on valley metro route 81. close to bicycling, thompson peak parkway, horizon park, mountain preserve hiking.
month to month, ten days notice required. $200 damage and cleaning deposits.
must be clean, considerate, responsible and employed.
no guests, one resident. would consider a couple at higher rate and additional electricity cost.
this is a room rental/sharing with privileges. you will not be on the apartment lease as a responsible party but must be approved by the apartment management as a resident after an initial time as a guest. they require a routine background check for convictions.
