seeking a quiet, pet-friendly roommate to take up half of the lease in a 2 bedroom townhouse in norwood, ma. lease goes through september but i am looking for someone who would preferably like to re-sign for another year in october. rent is $737.50/month (goes up to $750/month oct 1) + utilities which usually add up to about $90 each (for internet, cable, gas, and electric) complex has pool, tennis court, soccer field, running track, trash compactor, and is very quiet! parking is plentiful! you would be sharing the townhouse with me, a young, quiet, business professional woman and my sweet black lab.
there are 2 bedrooms (both 15' x 12'), 1.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer in the unit, attic for storage, kitchen, fully furnished living room and a front patio.
the available room currently has blue walls that can be repainted, high ceilings, 2 windows, very open, very large closet, dimensions are 15' x 12'.
