i have a room to rent in my home in ( east oakland). it has street parking, bancroft ave. is 1/2 block away with shops and places to eat. public transportation is close by . the room is 10 x 10 with 2 windows, a bed and tv. the rent is $ 850.00, that doesn't include cable tv, wifi, & utilities, which is divided by everyone in the house. my new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer. ideally, i'm looking for someone that is employed, that doesn't do drugs, and can stay at least six months, that's not to noisy. we are lbgtq friendly.
