looking for a roommate to a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom three floor condo located close to downtown pasadena. i am currently occupying one of the bedrooms and have the other bedroom vacating on june 30th. the bedroom available will be unfurnished and comes with its own private bathroom. both bedrooms and the laundry room are located on the first floor. the kitchen, 2 living room areas w/ fireplace, and 1/2 bathroom are located on second floor. the loft and balcony are located on the third floor of the condo. most areas are already furnished but i have extra room for extra furniture if needed. the condo is part of a complex that comes with a gym room, pool, sauna, private parking and guest parking. the condo is walking distance to del mar station, shops, restaurants, movie theater and more. rent is $1450/month with all utilities included. a $800 deposit is required along with a proof of employment. 10 month lease minimum.
