1 bedroom for rent in a 4 bedroom house for rent in the manor district temporary for 6 months only for 1 person. house will be shared with 2 siblings. close to beach minutes away from skyline college. all utilities are included (gas, electricity, garbage, water, cable, wifi). 1 bathroom downstairs will be shared with 1 other person. shared kitchen downstairs (must clean your mess as you cook and when done eating), shared big backyard with a beautiful view of the ocean. street parking only. available march 1, 2018.140 and 121 bus runs 7 days a wk. there are bus stops on each corner of my street, 101 and 280 freeway are 5 minutes away, walking distance are safeway, cvs, 7-11,taqueria, liquor store, gas station, laundromat less than 5 minutes away.
what we are looking for:
- student or full time working person.
- friendly, fun, clean, respectful and responsible tenant
- no smoking in the house, no drugs, no heavy drinking, no pets no exceptions as i have enough pets already (sorry).
- minimum 6 month lease.
- overnight guests are ok but no more than 1 night a week with advance notification please.
- must be pet friendly!! this is very very important!! i have dogs and i foster dogs
- must not mind music
- lgbt friendly
