hi, i am renting out a room in palmdale at the carmel apartments. it is conveniently located to the freeway, and super close to the mall. the room has been unlived in, we were mainly using it for storage and for if guests slept over. it is very clean with a nice closet, and would be perfect for a single person or even a couple. the bathroom is right across the hallway from the room. there is full kitchen access, and there is a laundry room on site of the complex. i am preferably looking for a female roommate since i am a young female myself. i had been living with my boyfriend but he is moving out, and i cannot afford the place on my own. i am clean, laidback, and easy going. 420 friendly although i don't smoke myself. you would have the place to yourself most of the time since i am a student and also work. i have 2 big, friendly, and well behaved dogs, so you must be okay with that. would not mind if you had pets of your own as long as they are clean and get along with my dogs. :) looking for someone to sign a 6 month lease, but would be open for a month to month with the right person.
