we are seeking a housemate able to move in on or before june 1st. this is honestly the best deal you are probably ever going to find based on location, size of the house, cheap payment and friendly environment!!

there are 3 of us currently living at this great house (2 females, 1 male: all good looking people).

this house is 4 bedrooms, located near 2 major highways, 2 full baths, a kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, living room with 50' flat screen lcdtv, mud room, big basement with plenty of storage space, washer dryer, giant parking area (about 10+ cars), a deck with a grill and much more!!!
all utilities are included! meaning, you pay $525/month, that's it!!
