we are three adults (two males one female) in our late twenties sharing a large house close to downtown petaluma. we are looking for a roommate in our age range who has a secure job and is a respectful and responsible person. we all work full time professional jobs.we are huge film and tv fans and both men are into ps4, xbox, board games etc.
the room has an adjacent bathroom that is shared with one male. there is also a 2nd bathroom downstairs for the future roommate and current man to share, guests also use this.
there is a large shared kitchen and dining room area. sometimes we cook meals together, and often one of the men makes various baked goods to share!
the shared basement has a full bar and home movie theater with a 15ft screen. despite the party-like basement we do occasionally host small events for friends and family but we are not a party house. yes, having a movie theater is as amazing as it sounds :)
we also shared a very large field/backyard with two smaller condos which includes a fire pit, small garden, and giant fig tree.
the landlord is very respectful and is quick to correct issues that arise with the appliances etc.
we have a lot of interest in this house but want to find someone who fits well with us!
