i am a 27 year old professional with a 1,600 sf 3 bedroom home near desert ridge. i work full time and go to school full time (online based) so very busy typically. i have a 10' x 11' bedroom available, as well as a private 6' x 9' full bath adjacent to it. i have a border collie that lives with me, so a dog lover would be awesome. i have a xl doggie door to the backyard, if you have a dog. nice newer home, energy efficient, in a quite neighborhood with a park nearby.you would have access to the whole house including a full kitchen with gas stove, large living room with a new sectional, grass backyard with a grill, and full washer and gas dryer. tile throughout the house, carpet in your bedroom, and ceiling fans. there is a 6' closet in the room, and the spare bedroom next door has an 8' closet if needed. considering a third roommate, so that may not be available. garage space may be a possibility with deposit, otherwise driveway parking. fully furnished is also possible for an additional monthly fee.
rent does include gas, water, trash, electric, wireless internet, and directv with movies and sports packages. only a 42" tv for now, but hopefully not for much longer... i am very lenient as far as parties and get togethers, as long as i know ahead of time, they are in control and not damaging the house. i try to keep the house as clean and orderly as possible, and expect your help with keeping it that way.
i prefer someone between 23 and 38. man or woman, no difference. outside smoking only. dogs, no cats please. be respectful of privacy and to my property. no druggies or felons. criminal background check will be required.
