rent: $1,130 a month. looking for someone to take over my month to month lease. i recently purchased a condo and moving out at the end of this month.apartment: huge 2bd/2 full bath, 5 minute walk to playa del rey beach! all kitchen amenities (dishwasher, fridge, microwave), washer/driver in unit, covered & gated parking, and swimming pool. living room and dining room is already furnished too. all you need to do is bring your bedroom furnishings.
your roommate: 30 year old male in the entertainment business, enjoys surfing and sports.
move-in date: move in anytime after march 26th after approval. no need to pay for the rest of march.
