female in 30's needs one roommate for a modern, safe 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in playa del rey. available june 1st. date negotiable with current roommate, so may be sooner. seeking someone for at least 6-12 months. $500 refundable deposit. must provide credit report (credit karma), otherwise a $25 charge to complete one. a lease signing is required, however it goes month to month. all included in the rent are: central air/heat, balconies/patio, cable/wireless high-speed internet, gated secure parking (side by side). dishwasher, fireplace. washer/dryer in unit, microwave, pool, spa/hot tub, plenty of storage (in home and garage - bike cage). there is one bedroom available. it is 10 1/2 x 10 feet, with a 5 x 4ft walk-in closet..private bathroom with shower/tub. completely remodeled. all utilities, trash & monthly maid/cleaning services. included. close to all freeways (105/405/10/90 & 91), beach (3 blocks), buses/transit and lmu and otis college of art (both 5 minutes away). i prefer someone who is somewhat longer term, but definitely open to negotiation. i am close to lax, so it's great for someone who works at the airport. i lead a pretty quiet and non-drama life with my dog (a 6 yr old basset hound). he's very friendly, lovable and obedient 5 minutes after meeting new people. i've had several roommates over the years and have had amazingly great results (references provided). i am still friends with all my former roommates and they're like family to me. i am kind, considerate and treat people with respect. i work most of my hours from home and some in the office. i enjoy staying active and go to the gym sometimes, read, travel, etc. i'm seeking someone who doesn't take life too seriously, has a positive outlook, enjoys socializing once in a while, pays on time, is responsible and easy to get along with. must like dogs. no drama or drugs. outside smoker only please. anything else... ask? email or or text me. available for showing morning, day or early evening.
