hi! i am looking for a healthy-living, professional and responsible female housemate to share a very nice 3 br, 3 ba townhouse in plymouth with garage, central air, w/d in the home. i need someone who loves dogs, but doesn't have her own pets (see below) :)

the property is 3 blocks from medicine lake and on the luce line trail. i am easy to get along with, kind and considerate. the house is furnished and right on the pond with a patio and little yard.

my situation is a little unique in that i am specifically looking for a true dog lover who is able/willing to help care for my two beautiful, calm dogs on and off as part of the reduced rent of $700.00 (the rent would otherwise be about $150.00 higher). also, i travel at times for my business so i would need the housemate to take over the dog care when i'm traveling - schedules to be coordinated in advance, of course. (i would pay you a stipend for those times). both of my dogs are very sweet and well-behaved. you will love them! :)
