smaller older 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. house was build in 1958 but has been remolded several times since. does not have ac for those hot summer months but the house actually stays pretty cool. i have always pretty much rented to dl military guys in the past. room is currently furnished but furniture can be moved out if needed. looking for a dl, non-partier military. someone who is cool and respects the property of others. i get along with just about everyone. i do have a dog. your room would be the bigger room with own bath. not totally against if you have a dog as long as it gets along with mine. questons text me at 619-504-7559. kevin
