looking for a mature, employed or retired individual to share our beautiful country home with. prefer someone on the quiet side. we are a married couple, ages 58 & 63. we have raised three sons and one daughter, who now range in age from 25 - 32. we are both quiet, very respectful of others. we laugh a lot...have great senses of humor! you would have a private bedroom, another room for a den/living room area, all with wood floors. two windows in each room, with beautiful views of front and back yards. each room with a closet, and a spacious private/full bathroom, with a tub/shower unit, also with a large window overlooking back-yard. very nice rooms! these are on the second floor, at the opposite side of the house from our bedroom and bathroom. there is a small dorm type refrigerator/freezer in one closet, and space for a microwave on a table. you can use the main kitchen on the first floor for cooking, and we have a laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. some storage space available on premises. all utilities included in rent. snow removal included in rent. front porch entry. non smoker only. we have a private 3 acre lot, nice front and back yard. space for gardening. long dirt road for walks. a gas grill and some out door chairs and furniture. we don't mind you having a friend or two over to visit, but ...no parties. we rarely have company over, with the exception of holiday dinners.
