two bedroom apt looking for another person to share. the place has hard wood floors with a large eat-in kitchen and a nice size livingroom. there is free washer and dryer services in basement and plenty of storage space. there is also off street parking. place was build in the 30's for navy personnel and there familys when quincy was big into ship building. shopping is with in minutes from the apt and transportation is a few minute walk from front door. landlord does all the snow shoveling to make sure you get out when it snows and does all the yard work. utils are very low and there is comcast cable and internet hook-up in each room. plus if you what peace and quiet after a hard day at work this is the place to be. for sun lovers, we are 10 minute walk to wollaston beach which is a wonderful place to just chill. so get in contact if you want what i have.
