the apartment is a nice 2 bedroom in a duplex 2 family. there is a large fenced yard, modern kitchen, dining room, 1.5 baths, small shareable office, basement storage, deck, and the nicest dog you would ever meet. quincy center t is an 8 min walk. very convenient to downtown, shops, restaurants, the highways, and boston. $650 a month + utilities. available march 1st !
