i'm looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom condo located in rancho cucamonga (marlborough villas on the corner of archibald and church). immediate availability.
you will have your own bathroom, a parking spot in the garage, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the unit. full condo privileges. the condo was just remodeled a few months ago, new paint throughout, new wood flooring, etc. room can be furnished if necessary.
the community has 3 pools, a tennis court, 24 hr. security, and there is plenty of guest parking near this particular unit.
rent is $750, security is $750. utilities; water, gas, electricity and wifi will be spilt down the middle. in addition, a non-refundable $200 deposit for utilities will also be required, which will be applied to the last month you occupy the room (utility bills are not billed & sent out until the first or second week of the following month, therefore after you vacate, i won't be stuck will all of the utilities bills, like i have been in past experience).
please; no pets, no couples! and no kids! as for any other requests, i'm pretty laid back, and when i'm not at my full time job, i'm a homebody. other than that, i ask that there is mutual respect of each other and our guests, and we are both responsible for our own doings (i.e. our belongings, cleaning up the messes we make, etc.). overnight guests are allowed (within reason) but i just ask no guest sleep on common spaces, and they not be in the condo when you are not there. if a guest will be staying longer than 2 consecutive days/nights, then i just ask you give me a heads up.
you can move in as soon as october 1st. please be sure to have the last 3 months of pay stubs with you when we meet, or don't bother. please only serious applicants.
