• occupant will have their own bathroom.
• full access to kitchen, dining, and living room areas, to be shared with all other occupants.
• laundry on-site.
• internet/wi-fi.
• cable & dvr in the living room (willing to add cable to the bedroom at an additional cost)
• plenty of street and driveway parking available
• first and last month rent required at move in. $300 security deposit required.
• no children. no pets. no couples.
• no drugs, no smoking, and minimal alcohol consumption
• lease term negotiable. 30 day notice required prior to departure.
• must have a steady income
• prefer someone <30 years old for similarity purposes, but open to all ages
although there are no children living in the house, it still has a family atmosphere, and would like to keep it that way. living spaces are to be shared respectfully with all other occupants. house is well maintained and kept clean and organized, and expected to be kept in such condition by all occupants. overnight guests are limited to friday and/or saturday nights.
we would like to meet with potential roommates at starbucks to review lease agreements and rules before viewing the house.
