i have a private bedroom and private bathroom in my 1280 sq. ft. condo available now. my home was just remodeled a year ago. i live in upper lomita, next to rancho palos verdes, at the base of the palos verdes hills. we have a nice view, good weather, great church next door, close to freeways and bus stop. our complex has a pool and hot tub and other amenities. i charge $800/month + $200 deposit (refundable), month-to-month. i am looking for a christian roommate who is politically conservative and likes outdoor activities. if you are interested, please send me a brief biography of yourself. if we are compatible, perhaps we can meet for coffee soon.
