extremely clean, quiet, and affordable. 5 to 7 minute walk to, buses, etc. takes you right to the red line. also walk to shopping, banking, etc. minutes driving to all major highways. everything is very close. no security required just first month rent and you can move in by the 1st of august. bedroom has dresser, mirror, nightstand all modern furniture and nice size closet.

house is very spacious with entertainment room in basement that you will be able to use
absolutely zero drama. house is kept clean especially bathroom. i have a cleaning lady who comes once a week to help.
no smoking inside but, i have a back porch that you can use if you are a smoker. absolutely no smoking indoors.
