we are quiet, laid back 2 gay male's (one professional, and a student) are renting out a room we have available on the third floor, (apartment is bi level, 2nd and 3 floor is ours, attic converted into 2 bdrs.) with a huge closet and extra storage space (crawl space which is the whole length of one side of the room).our current roommate is moving out may 2nd so we are looking for may 2nd move-in but can be negotiable. ( may 15th or june 1st)
we would prefer another gay male or gay friendly male
the 2nd floor, has a decently sized kitchen w/pantry, a living room, a dining room, a smaller office, our bigger sized office, bathroom and a screened in porch.
there is also a washing machine and a dryer that are available free of charge also you will have a free digital converter box. 3rd floor has two bedroom's.

apartment is completely furnished (except your bedroom)
we will be definitely checking work references.
rent will be due the last day of the month for the next month (ie.may 31st for june.) if interested in this apartment. rent includes all utilities (hot water/heat/gas/electricity/basic cable/internet)
